Attach a suitable lifting device to hold radiator (15) in a steady position. The weight of radiator (15) is approximately 47 kg (103 lb)Install side plates (17) and secure with a suitable strap. Once the side plates are secure with the suitable strap, remove the lifting device from radiator (15) .

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to radiator (15). The weight of the radiator (15) and side plates (17) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb)Install radiator (15) into the bottom plate and install bolts (16) .
Remove strap and suitable lifting device.

Install top plate (14) and bolts (13) .

Install bolts (12) .

Attach a suitable lifting device around shunt tank (6) in order to lift shroud (10) into position. The weight of shroud (10) is approximately 34 kg (76 lb). Install shroud (10) and bolts (8) and bolts (9) .

With shroud (10) slightly raised, remove Tooling (A) and Tooling (C) .
Install fuel lines (7) .
Connect hose assemblies (7) .

Remove suitable lifting device from shunt tank (6) .

Install shroud (4) and bolts (5) .
Connect tube assemblies (3) .

Install clip (2) and bolts (1) .
