Right Implement Pump Solenoid Rework Procedure
Turn off the machine and disconnect machine power with thebattery disconnect switch.
Disconnect the electrical connectors for the right-handpump solenoid coil.
Disconnect the right implement pump solenoid from the TCharness. Remove the TC harness connector and sockets from the harness.
Strip the wires and crimp the 9X-3402 Connector Socket (7) to the machineharness. Refer to Special Instruction,, REHS2556, "AMPSEAL 16 Connector System".

230-4011 Connector Plug As (6)
Insert the K913-Green wire with the 9X-3402 Connector Socket (7) into cavityone and the E797-White wire with the 9X-3402 Connector Socket (7) into cavitytwo of the 230-4011 Connector Plug As (6). Refer to Illustration 1.

Remove 308-2613 Bracket As (B) from the right implement pump solenoid.Remove the implement pump solenoid coil, and replace the solenoidwith the 373-1585 Coil (1) .Note: Mount the coil so that the wiring harness is facing downward.

Replace 308-2613 Bracket As (B), and install 4P-7581 Clip (5) with 8T-4121 Hard Washer (4) and 8T-4136 Bolt (3).Secure the coil connector to 4P-7581 Clip (5) with 7K-1181 Cable Strap (2).Strap the coil lead to the coil bodies with 7K-1181 Cable Strap (2). Replace 308-2613 Bracket As (B), and install 4P-7581 Clip (5) with 8T-4121 Hard Washer (4), and 8T-4136 Bolt (3).Secure coil connector to 4P-7581 Clip (5) with 7K-1181 Cable Strap (2). Strap the coillead to the coil bodies with 7K-1181 CableStrap (2). Connect Harness and makesure that there are no rubs.
Turn on the machine disconnect switch to power the machine.
Perform the calibration procedure for the center pump, andright-hand pump. Refer to Troubleshooting, Testingand Adjusting, KENR5828, " Calibrations",for the calibration procedures.
Turn off the machine and disconnect machine power with thebattery disconnect switch.
Disconnect the electrical connectors for the right-handpump solenoid coil.
Disconnect the right implement pump solenoid from the TCharness. Remove the TC harness connector and sockets from the harness.
Strip the wires and crimp the 9X-3402 Connector Socket (7) to the machineharness. Refer to Special Instruction,, REHS2556, "AMPSEAL 16 Connector System".
