The 213-9100 Alarm As may fail on the machines listed above.Solution
Report the failure through the CPI feedback tool in Service Information Management System (SIMSi) referencing CPI number 403024 to have a "Send-It-Back" (SIB) request generated. A SIB request will be issued to your dealer code in the SIB system after the (SIMSi) entry is created.Perform the following Steps and record the observations before you replace the failed part:
Check the pin polarity and pin position in order to ensure that the pins do not get swapped.
Check the resistance from pin to pin.
Check for any physical damage to the housing, speaker and pig tail.

Provide the picture of the part label. Refer to Illustration 1.
Report the symptoms such as no output, low output, chirp or other unusual noise.Replace the failed 213-9100 Alarm As with the same part number and perform the following Steps and record the observation:
Measure the output noise with a Decibel Meter.
Power the alarm assembly with a separate power supply and retest.Submit the failed component along with the recorded observations of before and after the replacement of the alarm assembly to (SIMSi):
