Install four metal tubes (11), (12), (13) and (14) to the boom. Install four hoses (15), (16), (17) and (18) to the boom.

Use two nylon straps. Attach one nylon strap to each end of the boom. Attach the nylon straps to a suitable lifting device. Install the boom in position on the machine.

Install two pins (20). The pins will secure the boom to the machine frame. Install two bolts (19). Note: One bolt and one pin are located on each side of the machine.

Install Tooling (A) in position under the front portion of the boom.

Connect hydraulic hose (8) and (7) .
Install hose clamp (6). Secure hose clamp and hydraulic hoses (7) and (8) with bolt (5) .

Install wire (10) in position. Secure wire (10) with eight wire tie-wraps (10) .

Connect hydraulic hose (4) and (3) .
Install hose clamp (2). Secure hose clamp (2) and hydraulic hoses (4) and (3) with bolt (1) .End By:
Install the lift cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Lift Cylinder - Remove and Install".
Install the tilt lever. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever - Remove and Install".
Install the tilt link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Link - Remove and Install".
Install the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Cylinder - Remove and Install".
Install the quick coupler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Quick Coupler - Remove and Install".
Start the engine. Purge all air from the hydraulic system. Check the fluid level of the hydraulic tank.
