B-ELEC : Electronic Power Unit Control System B-HYD : Hydraulic Oil Pressure SystemWork implements, swing and travel are all insufficient in power and speed.C. AEC Out Of Order
C-1 AEC Fails To FunctionPositioning of all control levers in neutral does not decelerate the engine.Operation of a control lever does not accelerate the engine. C-2 Operation Of AEC Switch Does Not Turn AEC ON Or OFF.D. Operation Of Power Mode Switch Does Not Change The Power Mode Over.
E. Hydraulic Cylinder Operating Force Or Speed Insufficient
F. Excessive Down Drift Of Hydraulic Cylinder
G. Swing Failure
H. Swing Force Or Swing Speed Insufficient
I. Excessive Swing Drift When Swing Is Stopped
J. Excessive Swing Drift When Machine Is Parked On Slope (Swing brake released)
K. Travel Failure
L. Travel Force Or Travel Speed Insufficient
M. Machine Does Not Travel Straight
Of the 13 problems mentioned above, A and B are the problems that affect the total performance of the machine and are the most important. Problems A and B are further divided into problems A-ELEC and B-ELEC that apply to the electronic power unit control system. Problems A-HYD and B-HYD apply to the hydraulic system.If a problem occurs, use A-ELEC and B-ELEC first for troubleshooting of the electronic power unit control system. If okay, then go to A-HYD and B-HYD for diagnosis of the hydraulic system. Problems C and D occur in the electronic power unit control system. Problems E through M occur in the hydraulic system only.
