Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hood.
Drain the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Loosen clamp (1).

Remove nuts (4) and clips (2).
Disconnect tube assembly (3).

Disconnect tee adapter (5) and hose assembly (6).

Remove two nuts (7) (not shown).
Disconnect hose assembly (8).

If equipped, remove bolts (9) and position control valve (10) out of the way.

Remove the bolt and clips (11).

Loosen bolts (12) and remove bolts (13).

Loosen clamps (14) and position the screws for clamps (14) out of the way.
Use two people to remove hydraulic oil cooler (15). The weight of hydraulic oil cooler (15) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).
Remove hydraulic oil cooler (15).

Position hydraulic oil cooler (15) as shown in Illustration 10.
Disconnect hose assembly (16).

Remove hose assembly (16).
Remove fittings (17).
Remove control valve assembly (18) and the O-ring seal.Installation Procedure
Install control valve assembly (18) and hydraulic oil cooler (15) in the reverse order of removal.
