Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
Before going to machine:
1. Ensure you have all the applicable parts and tools need as called out in the Parts Needed for the Affected Product group before going to the machine. This will include downloading all ECM software for this machine from SIS Web.
2. Launch SIS Web and ensure that the flash file called out in the Parts Needed is the latest flash file part number. A newer flash file part number may be available.
Note: When the machine serial number is entered to retrieve the latest Product Link software from SIS WEB, it is possible that the displayed flash file may be out of date.
A list of the latest Product Link flash files, can be found at the "Service Technician's Toolbox" web page found by going to the Service Software Files search on SISweb. See Image1.1.1.
