Disconnect transmission harness assembly (H) from inertial sensor (Pitch) (C) and inertial sensor (Yaw) (G). Remove and Retain the associated hardware for reuse. Remove and discard cable strap (F) that secures the sensor harness (H).
Remove bracket (B), inertial sensor (Pitch) (C), inertial sensor (Yaw) (G), and associated hardware from the machine. Save the parts. Discard bracket (B). Refer to Illustration 2.
Remove and discard clips (D) and cable straps (E). Remove and retain clip (F) and associated hardware for reuse. Refer to Illustration 2.

(2) 512-5210 Bracket AsNote: Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads of the mounts.
Install six flexible mounts (1) into bracket assembly (2). Tighten mounts (1) to 4 1 N m (35 9 lb in).

Mount inertial sensor (Yaw) (G) onto bracket assembly (2) along with bracket (3) using two washers (4), bolt (5), and hardware that was saved in Step 2.
Mount inertial sensor (pitch) (C) onto bracket assembly (2) along with bracket (3) using clip (6), washer (4), bolt (5), and hardware that was saved in Step 2. Refer to Illustration 4.

Install two clips (7) and two clips (F) on bracket assembly (2) using hardware that was saved in Step 3.

Mount bracket assembly (2) onto bracket (J) using hardware that was saved in Step 2.
Secure inertial sensor harness (Yaw) (G) to the closest clip (F) and clip (7) with two straps (8). Secure inertial sensor harness (Pitch) (C) to clip (6) and clip (7) with two straps (8). Refer to Illustration 6.
Connect transmission harness assembly (H) to inertial Sensor (Pitch) (C) and inertial Sensor (Yaw) (G). Secure harness (H) with three cable strap (9) using hardware that was saved in Step 1. Refer to Illustration 6.
Start the machine and check the Inertial measurement unit. The bowl may need to be raised and lowered several times to check the inertial sensor (Yaw) and inertial sensor (Pitch) for proper function. After inspection, return the machine to service.
