Attach Tooling (A) , Tooling (D) , and a suitable lifting device to radiator core (16) . The weight of radiator core (16) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Install radiator core (16) . Install the bolts and the plates. Install the channels.
Repeat Step 1 in order to install radiator core (18) .
Install plate assembly (17) .
Repeat Step 1 in order to install radiator core (15) .
Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to support (8) . The weight of support (8) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Place support (8) in position and install the bolts.

Repeat Step 1 in order to install radiator core (6) . Install plates (14) and bolts (12) . Install channels (13) .

Use Tooling (A) , Tooling (B) , and Tooling (C) in order to stabilize radiator cores (6) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to coolant tank assembly (7) . The weight of coolant tank assembly (7) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Install the gasket and coolant tank assembly (7) . Install plates (11) and bolts (10) . Install channels (9) .

Position support (8) near coolant tank assembly (7) . Install the bolts.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to support (4) . The weight of support (4) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Place support (4) in position. Install bolts (5) .

Install guard assemblies (3) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to guard assembly (1) . Place guard assembly (1) in position and install bolts (2) .End By: Install the fuel cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install".
