Removal Procedure
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.
Open the engine enclosure.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.
Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

Disconnect hose assemblies (1), (2), and (4) from gear motor (3).

Remove the cable strap. Disconnect harness assembly (5) from gear motor (3).

Remove the cable strap.
Loosen the clamp and remove hose (6) from gear motor (3).

Remove bolts (7) and washers (8). Remove gear motor (3), fan guard (9), and fan (10) as an assembly.
