Problem
Track rollers may leak on certain 320, 325, and 330 Excavators. This leakage is due to shifting of the duo-cone seal. Loss of oil will result in eventual failure of the roller.

Replace leaking or failed track roller(s) with the new roller group(s) listed under Parts Needed. Any failed or leaking 8E5034, 6Y1057, 6Y2795, or 109-1213 Track Roller Group previously installed as a replacement part, can also be replaced under this program (see Service Claim Allowances).
Service Claim Allowances
This is a 1-hour job for each roller group replaced.
If there has been a previous replacement of 8E5034, 6Y1057, 6Y2795, or 109-1213 Track Roller Groups in which the customer has participated, part age will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purpose, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.
