Removal Procedure
Personal injury or death can result without releasing all of the hydraulic pressure.Release all the pressure from the hydraulic system before any lines are disconnected.

Remove clamp (2) and remove pipe (1). Open access panels (3) on both sides. Note: Note the orientation of clamp (2) for assembly purposes.

Remove clamps (4) and (6) in order to remove tube (5). Remove tube (7) .

Disconnect cable strap (8) and harness assembly (9) .

Disconnect nut (10) (not shown), and loosen nut (12) (not shown). Remove support assembly (11). Repeat for the opposite side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to hood assembly (15). The weight of hood assembly (15) is approximately 77 kg (170 lb). Remove bolts (13) and (14). Remove hood assembly (15) .Installation Procedure
Install hood assembly (15) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply grease between clamp (2) and pipe (1). tighten clamp (2) to the following torque 90 10 N m (66 7 lb ft).
Tighten clamp (4) to the following torque 35 2 N m (26 1 lb ft).
