1. Remove bolt (1), the nut and the washers from the air cleaner mounting bracket. Move the wiring harness away from the mounting bracket. 2. Loosen two hose clamps (2) from elbow (3). 3. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting strap to air cleaner assembly (4), as shown.4. Remove four bolts (5) from the air cleaner mounting bracket.5. Carefully remove the air cleaner assembly from elbow (3). Remove the air cleaner assembly from the machine. The weight of the air cleaner assembly is 53 kg (117 lb).Installation Procedure
1. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting strap to air cleaner assembly (4), as shown.2. Carefully put the air cleaner assembly in position on the machine. The weight of the air cleaner assembly is 53 kg (117 lb).3. Install four bolts (5) and the washers that hold the air cleaner mounting bracket to the machine. 4. Install the outlet from the air cleaner assembly into elbow (3). Tighten two hose clamps (2). 5. Put the wiring harness in position on the mounting bracket. Install bolt (1), the nut and the washers. End By:a. Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.
