Rework Procedure
FUEL WILL BE PRESENT IN THE FUEL MANIFOLD AND LINES. USE AN APPROPRIATE CONTAINER TO CAPTURE FUEL AS MANIFOLD IS REMOVED.
1. Disconnect the Fuel Lines (A) from the Fuel Manifold (B) to the Cylinder Head (C).

2. Remove the Bolt (D) that attaches the Manifold Block (E) on the end of the Fuel Manifold (F).

3. Remove the 8 Bolts (G) that secure the Manifold (H) to the Water Lines (I).

4. Install new Manifold using new O-rings in reverse order. Standard torque applies to all fasteners.
