1. Put identification on hose assemblies (2), (3), (4), and (5) and disconnect the hose assemblies from the valve.2. Remove three retaining bolts (1) and remove the valve.Install Swing Relief Valve
1. Put the valve (1) in position and install the three retaining bolts.2. Connect the four hydraulic hose assemblies.Disassemble Swing Relief Valve
start by:a) remove swing relief valve 1. Remove relief valves (1) and (2) from valve manifold. 2. Remove cap (3), shims (4), spring (5) and valve (6).3. Use a punch and remove seat (9), spring (10) and plunger (7) from valve (8).4. Inspect all O-rings and make replacements if necessary.5. Do Steps 1 through 4 for other valve.Assemble Swing Relief Valve
1. Install the plunger into valve (2). Install spring (5) and seat (6) into valve body.2. Install shims (10), spring (9) and valve (7) into cap.3. Install O-ring seal (8) on cap (4). Install cap into valve body and tighten cap to a torque of 75 5 lb.ft. (100 7 N m).4. Install the O-ring seals (1) and (3).5. Do Steps 1 through 4 for the other valve. 6.
