The Caterpillar Remanufactured Products Group announces the expansion of the turbocharger
product line to include coverage for the 3412 Industrial and Marine engines and various 3412
equipped machines.
COVERAGE
The addition of this turbocharger provides dealers with an additional repair option to support
these engines and machines. Please consult your NPR for exact model coverage.

CORE ACCEPTANCE
Core Acceptance Criteria for Caterpillar Remanufactured turbochargers is simple, visual, and
requires no special tools. Full core credit is issued when the core is complete, fully assembled,
and has an acceptable part number. Partial credit is available for damaged cores. Consult your
