Installation Procedure
Check the condition of all O-ring seals. If any seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Attach a hoist to the hydraulic oil tank. Put the hydraulic oil tank in position on the machine. The weight of the hydraulic tank is 286 kg (630 lb).

Install four bolts (17) and the washers.

Install two bolts (16), two washers, two spacers and two nuts.

Connect electrical connector (13). Install bolt (14), the washer and clip (15) .

Connect six hose assemblies (12) .

Connect hose assembly (10), four bolts (11), the washers and the hose clamp.

Connect hose assembly (8) to hydraulic tank (9) .

Connect three hose assemblies (6) and two electrical connections (7) .

Connect three tube assemblies (5) .

Use two people to install steering control valve (4) to the back of the hydraulic tank. The weight of the steering control valve is 28 kg (62 lb). Install three bolts (3) .
Connect eight hose assemblies (1) and one tube assembly (2) to the back side of the steering control valve (4) .
Fill the implement hydraulic system. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By:
Install the operator platforms to the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Operator platform - Install".
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
