start by: a) remove vibration damper and pulley 1. Remove the crankshaft front seal with tooling (A).Install Crankshaft Front Seal
1. Use tooling (A) to install the crankshaft front seal as follows:2. Put clean SAE 30 oil on the lip of seal and the crankshaft. Put a thin layer of 7F2770 rubber cement on the outside diameter of the seal. Put the seal on the crankshaft with lip of seal toward rear of engine. 3. Install the locator assembly (1) and two retaining screws (2).4. Put the seal installer ring (3) on the locator assembly. 5. Install the pusher plate (4) and nut. Tighten the nut until pusher plate makes full contact against the locator assembly. Remove tooling (A).end by: a) install vibration damper and pulley
