Remove the oscillating axle.

Attach a suitable lifting device to rear trunnion support (2). The weight of rear trunnion support (2) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).
Remove bolts (1) and the washers. Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove rear trunnion support (2) from oscillating axle (3).

Remove trunnion (4), O-ring seal (5), bearing (6), and bearing (8) from rear trunnion support (2).
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press in order to remove sleeve bearing (7).

Remove relief fitting (9) from rear trunnion support (2). Installation Procedure
Install rear trunnion support (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten relief fitting (9) to a torque of 13 4 N m (115 35 lb in).
Apply Tooling (B) to O-ring seal (2).
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 520 70 N m (385 52 lb ft).
