Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".

Install Tooling (A) onto the hydraulic tank. Attach hose (1) to the fitting on Tooling (A) and to an air supply. Apply 276 to 414 kPa (40 to 60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull a vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Disconnect hose assemblies (2). Open door assemblies (3) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (6) and harness assembly (7). Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device onto dual tilt control valve (8). The weight of dual tilt control valve (8) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Remove bolts (4) and nut (5). Remove dual tilt control valve (8) from the machine.

Remove bolts (9) and plate (10) from dual tilt control valve (8) .
