Dump Body Machine
The reverse neutralizer function is controlled by the hoist control lever sensor. The hoist control lever sensor performs two functions:
Raise the dump body and lower the dump body.
Neutralize the shift lever in the REVERSE position.When the hoist control lever is in the RAISE position or in the LOWER position and the shift lever is in the REVERSE position the requested gear command is set to the NEUTRAL position. The requested gear command will remain in the NEUTRAL position until the following conditions occur:
The hoist control lever is moved to the HOLD position or the hoist control lever is moved to the FLOAT position.
The shift lever has been moved into the NEUTRAL position.Reverse Neutralizer Override
When the dump body is raised, the reverse neutralizer function can be overridden by performing the following steps:
Move the hoist control lever to the HOLD position.
Move the shift lever to the NEUTRAL position.
Pause for 3 seconds.
Move the shift lever to the REVERSE position.
