MMU to System Cabinet AC Input Cable Connections
Connect the 3-phase AC input cables for MMU 1 to the input terminals of the input/output bus. The input terminals of the input/output bus are located on the left component panel of the MMU.
Torque the nuts to 99 N m (73 lb ft).
Route the input cables along the frame channel and toward the back of the MMU. The cables are to exit through the top of the MMU cabinet labeled MMU 1 input/output.
Extend the cables through the cable wireway assembly to the system cabinet. Insert the cables into the input of the system cabinet labeled MMU inputs.
Connect the 3-phase AC input cables to the angled bus terminals for MMU 1 located in the system cabinet.
Torque the bolts to 102 N m (75 lb ft)
Route and connect the ground cable to the ground bus located in the wireway above the MMU cabinet.
Torque the nuts to 102 N m (75 lb ft)
Repeat the following procedures for each additional MMU included in the system:
MMU to "MMU to System Cabinet AC Output Cable Connections" steps 1 through 6.
MMU to "MMU to System Cabinet AC Input Cable Connections" steps 1 through 9.The installation of the AC power cables from the MMU to the system cabinet is complete.Neutral Cable Connections in a 4-Wire System

In a 4-wire system, do not disconnect the equipment input neutral connection. The equipment neutral must remain securely connected to the source neutral at all times. There will be two 4/0 AWG neutral cables and a #10 AWG neutral cable located inside of the system cabinet. There is one neutral cable per MMU in the system. The neutral cables will be connected to the neutral bus that is attached to the "K5" contactor. The "K5" contactor is mounted on the right component panel in the system cabinet. The neutral cables will be wound together, secured with tie wraps, and be labeled "Neutral Bus". The neutral cables will be laying on the base plate of the system cabinet.Neutral Cable 4/0 AWG (2 Each)
Unwind the 4/0 AWG cables.
Route the cables from the system cabinet through the neutral cable access located between the system cabinet and the input/output cabinet.Note: If no input/output cabinet is supplied with the system, route the 4/0 AWG cables to the neutral in the switch gear. Refer to the switch gear manufacturers installation instructions.
Secure the cables to the neutral bus bar in the input/output cabinet with the hardware
