Click the "Shift" icon in the "View/Change Configuration" left panel. The "Shift Definition" window is displayed. This window allows "beginning" and "ending" times for four shifts to be set. The shifts are in a "seven day format". Update both fields when changes are made.Use the following procedure to change the shifts times:
Double click the text cells. "Spin" is displayed.
Put the cursor in the "hours" field and use the "spin" button to change the hours.
Put the cursor in the "minutes" field and use the "spin" button to change the minutes. Repeat Steps 2 through 3 for each shift that is changed.Copy, paste, and clear functions are available. Select the "Edit" menu from the menu bar to access these functions. The "Edit" drop-down menu is displayed. Following is the edit procedure for a full row:

Click "Copy" in the "Edit" menu.

Select "truck totals" for the categories that are listed below:

Previous shiftThe above options are selected by clicking the corresponding check box located in the "Include truck totals for" section of the "Ticket Format and Contents" window. Selecting the "Send truck ticket" check box allows the contents of the "ticket" to be selected.If the "Send truck ticket" check box is not selected, all options are disabled and no "truck ticket" is generated.
