This Program must be administered as soon as possible.When reporting the repair, use "PI31575" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Codeand "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI31575" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number,"96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The existing setscrews can be too short on certain 3508B, 3512B, and 3516B gensets. If the existing setscrews fail it can cause the fan to fall off its shaft while the genset is being moved, damaging the radiator and other components of the cooling system. If fan slides towards the engine during operation of the genset, the fan blade mounting bolts may come in contact with the beam that supports the fan shaft.
