Description of Change: Replacement of the 313-4613 Liquid Level Sensor As is a potential repair option for an incorrect diagnostic code on certain CX transmissions. If the transmission is overfilled during an oil level check, a 3027-3 "Transmission Oil Level Voltage Low" code may be displayed in Cat Electronic Technician (ET). Also, the shift pad will not complete the oil level check.A date code is present on the sensor that is formatted in a production week, production year format: "wwyy". Sensors stamped with a date code between "1111" through "3111" could possibly create the incorrect diagnostic code. The 3027-3 code can be eliminated by lowering the transmission oil to the correct level.Adaptable To: All sensors above the date code "3111" will perform correctly. All sensors in the parts system are correct. The improved sensor is effective with and adaptable to the models in Table 1.
