Removal Procedure
Clamp assemblies MUST only be used once. Discard all clamp assemblies after use.
Bellows assemblies MUST only be used once. Discard all bellows assemblies after use.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system to a level below the turbochargers into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".

Loosen band clamp (2) and band clamp (3).
Disconnect hose (4), remove four bolts (5), and air cleaner assembly (1).
Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 for the remaining air cleaner assembly.

Remove 11 bolts (6) and bracket assembly (7).

Remove bolts (8) and bracket (9).

Remove 11 bolts (14), bracket (16), and shield (15).

Remove clamps (19) and disconnect hose (20) and hose (22).
Remove bolts (23) and tube (21).

Attach a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (25). The weight of turbocharger (25) is approximately 143 kg (315 lb).
Remove bolts (24), turbocharger (25), and the O-ring seal.
Repeat Step 10 through Step 14 for the remaining turbocharger.
