Use Tooling (A) and (B) and a suitable lifting device to support vibratory support (3). The weight of the vibratory support is approximately 60 kg (132 lb). Install the O-ring seal and vibratory support (3) on eccentric weight housing (11). Apply Tooling (C) on the threads of bolts (10). Install bolts (10) .

Apply Tooling (D) on the splines of shaft assembly (9). Install shaft assembly (9) in vibratory support (3) and the eccentric weight housing.

Note: The CS-663E and CP-663E have five mounts on each side. The CS-683E has six mounts on each side.
Install mounts (7) and the bolts on plate (6) .
Use a suitable lifting device to position plate (6) on vibratory support (3). The weight of the plate and the mounts is approximately 160 kg (353 lb). Install bolts (8) .

Apply Tooling (D) on the splines of vibratory motor (5). Install the O-ring seal and vibratory motor (5) on vibratory support (3). Apply Tooling (C) on the threads of bolts (4). Install bolts (4) .
Fill vibratory support (3) with oil to the correct level. The capacity of the vibratory support is 1.2 L (0.3 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Vibratory Support Oil - Change" for the correct procedure.

Use a suitable lifting device to position plate assembly (2) on the mounts and install the bolts. The weight of the plate assembly is approximately 249 kg (550 lb). Position a support under plate assembly (2). The support will prevent the plate assembly from rotating.
Use a suitable lifting device to position plate assembly (1) on the mounts and install the bolts. The weight of the plate assembly is approximately 249 kg (550 lb).End By: Install the drum. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drum - Install".
