PLM Commands
There are three commands that can be completed by selecting "PLM Commands" from the menu bar. The "PLM Commands" for the Product Link PL102C module can be accessed through Caterpillar Service Tool.De-registration
The "De-registration" command de-registers the Product Link PL102C module for the machine that the module is currently connected to. The "De-registration" command changes the active status of the module from being registered with Equipment Manager to being unregistered. The Product Link PL102C module must be unregistered (de-registered) before the unit is removed from the present machine. After the de-register message has been transmitted, the unit can be removed and reinstalled on another machine. SMU and Position
The "SMU and Position" command transmits an SMU and machine position report to Equipment Manager. Diagnostic
The "Diagnostic" command transmits a variety of diagnostic data to Equipment Manager for troubleshooting purposes.
