Loosen bolt (12) .
Loosen nut (11) in order to release the tension on belt (10) and remove belt (10) .
Remove oil filter (16) .
Remove two bolts (13) .
Remove the refrigerant compressor and plate (15) as one unit.
Install oil filter (16) .

Remove bolts (17). Repeat this step on the other side of machine.
Do not disconnect condenser (18). Place condenser (18) on the floor.

Remove two-piece guard assembly (19) .
Remove fan spider assembly (20). Use two people to remove fan spider assembly (20). The weight of fan spider assembly (20) is 27 kg (60 lb).

Remove bolt (22) (hidden) in order to detach transmission oil cooler line (24) from the frame.
Disconnect hose assembly (21) and (23) .

Disconnect ground strap (27) and rod assembly (25) .
Disconnect positive cable (26) from the electric starting motor.

Disconnect tube (28) .
Loosen clamp (29) and remove air cleaner.
Disconnect electrical connector (31) .
Loosen the screw and disconnect wire harness (30) .

Loosen the screw and disconnect wire harness (32) .
Disconnect two electrical connectors (33) .

Remove three bolts (35) and guard (34). Repeat this step for the other side of the machine.

Disconnect transmission oil cooler lines (36) .

Install Tooling (A) under the torque converter housing, as shown.

Install Tooling (B) to the engine, as shown.
Remove two engine mounting bolts (38). Remove the torque converter to flywheel housing bolts (37) .

Use a hoist to remove the engine. The weight of the engine is 998 kg (2200 lb).

Inspect O-ring seal (39). Replace O-ring seal (39), if necessary.
