Remove Elevator
1. Move ejector to rear of bowl, lower the bowl to the ground and shut off the engine.2. Slowly loosen fill cap on hydraulic tank to remove the pressure in tank.3. Disconnect hydraulic motor oil lines (1) and drain back oil line (2). Cover all openings.4. Fasten a hoist to elevator assembly and remove bolts and spacers (3), (four each) and remove bolts (4) (two each).5. Remove elevator assembly (5). Weight of elevator assembly is 7500 lb. (3400 kg).Install Elevator
1. Lower elevator assembly into place in scraper bowl.2. Connect hydraulic motor oil lines (1) and drain back oil line (2).3. Install bolts and spacers (3) (four each), and bolts (4) (two each).
