ACTION REQUIRED
Replace the existing wheel bearings, seals and shims according to the existing D&A media. Immediate action is not required and failures can be identified by regularly monitoring the magnetic plugs for bearing debris. Once bearing debris is identified the machine should be scheduled to have the wheel rebuilt as soon as possible. If there has been a previous repair to the front wheel then no action is necessary because the issue was only on factory built front wheels in the population listed above in the Affected Product.
