In order to obtain support from the DSN on Tier 4 interim engine and aftertreatment issues, a "Warranty Report" file will be required at the time of service request submission. This requirement is applicable for the C4.4-C32 engines that are listed above. Note: This requirement does not affect the actual warranty period or payout for the product. The warranty report is only a requirement for DSN support related to the engine and aftertreatment systems.Refer to Special Instruction, REHS5048 for instructions on how to obtain a warranty report file from CAT ET.
