This diagnostic code is associated with the Dump Solenoid 2. The FMI 13 diagnostic code is activated when the ECM detects a solenoid that needs calibration.The ECM provides a PWM signal in order to control the solenoid. The ECM will vary the electrical current of the PWM signal in order to provide proportional control of the solenoid.Note: Before performing this procedure, verify that no other active CID 0595 diagnostic codes exist for the solenoid. If any other diagnostic codes are active for the solenoid, correct the problem before performing this procedure. Test Step 1. CALIBRATION
Perform the calibration procedure for the solenoid. Refer to the Testing and Adjusting, "Calibration" section of this manual for the correct calibration procedure. Expected Result:The calibration procedure was performed successfully.Results:
