Install the following components with four bolts (39) : grommet (40), sight glass (41), plate (42), four O-ring seals (43) and retainer (44). Tighten the four bolts to a torque of 30 5 N m (22 4 lb ft).

Install baffle assembly (33) and the O-ring seal. Install four locknuts (32) .
Install two screens (34). Install locknut (38) and the plate.
Install tube assembly (37) and the O-ring seal. Install two locking bolts (31) .
Install strainer assembly (30) and the O-ring seal. Install two bolts (29) .
Repeat Step 5 for the remaining strainer.
Install screen (36). Center screen (36) on strainer assembly (30). Install locknut (35) and the washer. Tighten locknut (35) to a torque of 20 5 N m (180 45 lb in).
Repeat Step 7 for the remaining screen.

Install the following items with two locknuts (21) : valve guide (22), spring (23), valve (24), rectangular seal (25), drain valve body (26), O-ring seal (27) and drain plug (28) .

Install tube assembly (20) and the O-ring seal. Install two locking bolts (16).
Install tube assembly (19) and the O-ring seal. Install two locknuts (15) .
Install strainer assembly (14) and the O-ring seal. Install two bolts (13) .
Repeat Step 12 for the remaining strainer.
Install screen (18). Install locknut (17) and the washer.
Repeat Step 14 for the remaining strainer.

Install sealant (12) to tank assembly (11), as shown.Note: Make sure that the flanges of both tank assemblies are clean and free of debris. The ends of the sealant must be crossed at the top of the tank assembly. The correct method is shown in Illustration 7 and Illustration 8.Note: Always use new sealant (12) .

Install Tooling (A) to tank assembly (10), as shown. Attach Tooling (A) to a suitable lifting device. Attach the other end of the suitable lifting device to a hoist.
Install tank assembly (10) to tank assembly (11). The weight of tank assembly (10) is 125 kg (275 lb).
Install 80 bolts (9) and the locknuts.Note: Compress sealant (12) evenly.

Install filter (8) .
Install strainer assembly (6) and lockring (7) .

Install filler cap (5), the gasket, the plate, and the ball.

Install four bolts (3) and the washers in order to install bracket (4) .
Repeat Step 23 for the remaining bracket.

Install temperature sender (2) for the steering and brake oil.
Install temperature sensor (1) and the O-ring seal for the steering and brake oil.End By: Install the hydraulic tank for the steering and brake system. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank (Steering and Brake) - Install".
