PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
1. Isolate Genset before commencing any work on the unit, activate emergency stop, and ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to at all times. Also, ensure proper lock out-tag out procedures are followed at all times while work is being performed on the generator package.
2. Close the fuel tank supply valve.
3. If the primary fuel filter is equipped with a drain valve (1), open the drain valve in order to drain any fuel from the filter case. Close the drain valve (1).
4. Remove the 129-0375 bowl assembly (2) and 133-5673 filter element (3).

5. Disconnect the fuel hoses and fittings (4) from the fuel filter base. Cap the hoses.
6. Remove the plugs (5) from the filter base.

7. Remove the 137-4367 (4 ports base) base assembly from the engine.
8. Replace with 195-1068 (6 ports base) filter base with improved sealing.
9. Reconnect fuel hoses to new filter base 195-1068 (6 ports base).
10. Install a new 326-1641 filter element with seal and standpipe. Install 270-5320 bowl assembly as defined in the Operation and Maintenance Manual SEBU7909.
11. Open fuel tank supply valve.
12. Release emergency stop and clear any control area active faults.
13. Manually start the engine and check for leaks. Run the engine for one minute. Stop the engine and check the engine for leaks again.
14. Put the control panel in auto and request a remote start from Power Secure. Make sure unit starts and stops from
