Payload control system (PCS) 3.0 is an electronic control system that has been designed to help Cat® Wheel Loader owners and operators:
Manage truck payloads
Manage material flow
Produce accurate records of material movement
Manage billing for materialsAccuracy
Typical on the go truck weighing accuracy is 1% under ideal loading conditions. Temperature compensation provides 1% truck loading at all ambient air temperatures. PCS 3.0 prompts the operator to zero the bucket when necessary to account for material in the bucket and for changes in machine wear.Calibration
