1. Put identification on the lines to the kickout valve. Remove line (2) and disconnect oil lines (1) and (3) from the kickout valve. 2. Remove bolts (4) and kickout valve (5).Install Push-Pull Kickout Valve
1. Put kickout valve (1) in position and install the bolts that hold it. 2. Install oil line (3) and connect oil lines (2) and (4) to the kickout valve.Disassemble Push-Pull Kickout Valve
start by:a) remove kickout valve 1. Loosen bolt (2) and remove lever (1) from the kickout valve. 2. Remove key (4), large washer (3) and the small washer from the shaft of the valve. 3. Put identification on the valve body and covers so the valve will be assembled correctly. Remove spring (6) and cover (5) from the valve body. 4. Remove valve (7) from cover (5). Remove the O-ring seals from cover (5).5. Remove valve body (8) from cover (9). Remove O-ring seal (10) from cover (9).Assemble Push-Pull Kickout Valve
1. Install the O-ring seal and bolt (2) in cover (3).2. Install valve body (1) on cover (3) in its original position. 3. Install valve (4) in the valve body.4. Install the O-ring seals in cover (5). Put cover (5) in its original position on the valve body. 5. Install spacer (6), spring (7) and the bolts that hold the cover in place.6. Install small washer (8) on the shaft of the valve. 7. Install large washer (11), key (10) and lever (9) on the shaft of the valve. Be sure the spring is engaged in the hole in the lever and be sure the lever is to the right of the spacer when the valve is in the position shown.end by:a) install kickout valve
