Installation Procedure
Use a nylon strap and a suitable lifting device. Move the piston pump into position in the engine compartment. Do not install the piston pump into the pump drive at this point.
Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR2828, "Engine Rear Support, Hub and Flange - Install". Check the measurement of the coupling hub prior to pump installation.

Install hose (16) on the bottom of the piston pump, while the piston pump is suspended.

Use a suitable lifting device to position the piston pump. Install the piston pump into the pump housing. Install two bolts (15). The weight of the hydrostatic piston pump is 47.6 kg (105 lb).

Connect hose (14) .
Install hose (13) in the proper position. Install clamp (12). Secure hose (13) and clamp (12) with four bolts (11).
Install hose (10) onto the piston pump.

Install hose (9) and hose (8) .

Connect hose (7) .
Install hose (5) in the proper position. Install two clamps (6). Secure hose (5) and clamps (6) with four bolts (4) .

Connect electrical connector (3). Install the wire tie-wrap.

Connect hose (1). Install hose clamp (2). Tighten hose clamp (2) ., End By: Install the gear pump. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblyRENR2836, "Gear Pump - Install".
