1. Remove the bolt and clamp (2) to disconnect tube assemblies (1) from the bulldozer trunnion beam on both sides of the machine. 2. Fasten a hoist to both ends of bulldozer trunnion beam (4). Remove bolts (3) and nuts on both sides of the machine. The weight of the trunnion beam is 2722 kg (6000 lb.). 3. Lower bulldozer trunnion beam (4) to the ground and use a lift truck or similar vehicle to remove beam (4) from under the machine.Install Bulldozer Trunnion Beam
If a new bulldozer trunnion beam is installed, make sure all of the paint is removed from the mounting face of the beam. Also make sure the same (mating) area on the machine is clean.1. Use a lift truck or similar vehicle to put bulldozer trunnion beam (1) in position under the machine.2. Fasten a hoist to both ends of bulldozer trunnion beam. Lift the beam in position on the machine. 3. Install bolts (2) and nuts on both sides of the machine to hold the bulldozer trunnion beam. Tighten the bolts and nuts to a torque of 1125 100 N m (830 74 lb.ft.). 4. Install clamp (4) and bolt to hold tube assemblies (3) to the bulldozer trunnion beam on both sides of the machine.END BY:a) install bulldozer group
