1. Attach tooling (A) and a hoist to the upper conveyor as shown. 2. Loosen clamps (4), and remove cable (2) from spreader bar (3).3. Support conveyor elevation cylinder (1) and spreader frame (3), and remove pin (5). Lower the spreader frame to the upper conveyor. 4. Lower upper conveyor (6) onto tooling (B), and remove tooling (A) and the hoist. 5. Put identification on upper conveyor motor hoses (8). Disconnect the hoses from the lines, and plug or cap all openings immediately.6. Use a suitable jack to support upper conveyor (6). Remove four bolts (9) and two swing mount caps (10).7. Start the engine, and slowly back the machine until swing mount (7) clears pin (11).8. Position tooling (C) under the upper conveyor. Lower the upper conveyor onto tooling (C) so that pin (11) is below swing mount (7).9. Slowly move the machine forward away from the upper conveyor. Shut the engine down. The following steps are for installation of the upper conveyor.10. Start the engine, and slowly back the machine into position so that swing mount (7) is behind pin (11).11. Use a suitable jack to raise upper conveyor (6) into position, and slowly move the machine forward until pin (11) is engaged in swing mount (7). Shut the engine down.12. Install two swing mount caps (10) and four bolts (9) that fasten the upper conveyor to the swing mount.13. Connect upper conveyor motor hoses (8) to the lines.14. Use tooling (A) and a hoist to raise the upper conveyor. Position spreader bar (3) and conveyor elevation cylinder (1), and install pin (5). Remove tooling (A) and the hoist.15. Install cable (2) through the spreader bar, and tighten clamps (4).
