Loosen hose clamp (1) and disconnect hose (2) from water pump (5) . Loosen hose clamp (3) and disconnect hose (4) from water pump (5) .

Loosen retaining nut (6) and remove O-ring port tee (7) from water pump (5) . Remove hose nipple (8) from water pump (5) .

Remove four plugs (9) from water pump (5) .

Use Tooling (A) , and remove drive pulley (10) from water pump (5) .

Remove two O-rings (11) . Remove four bolts (12) and the washers from water pump housing (13) . Remove water pump housing (13) from water pump (5) .

Use Tooling (A) , and remove water pump impeller (15) from water pump (5) .
