1. Disconnect hose assemblies (1), (2), (3), and (4) from hoist diverter valve (5).2. Remove the bolts that hold hoist diverter valve (5) to the frame, and remove the valve. The following steps are for installation of the hoist diverter valve.3. Put hoist diverter valve (5) in position, and install the bolts that hold it in place.4. Connect hose assemblies (1), (2), (3), and (4) to hoist diverter valve (5).5. Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank, and fill with oil to the correct level. Start By:a. remove hoist diverter valve 1. Remove cap (1) from body (3). Remove the O-ring seal from the cap.2. Remove spring (2) and stem (4) from the body.3. Remove plug (5). Remove the O-ring seal from the plug.4. Remove plug (6), spring (7) and valve (8) from body (3). Remove the O-ring seal from the plug.5. Remove valve group (9) from body (3).6. Disassemble valve group (9) as follows:a. Remove the O-ring seals from valve group (9).b. Remove plug (15) from cap (13). Remove the O-ring from plug (15). Remove plunger (14) from cap (13).c. Remove cap (13). Remove valve (10), spring (11) and spacer (12) from cap (13). Remove the O-ring seal from cap (13). The following steps are for assembly of the hoist diverter valve.7. Assemble valve group (9) as follows:a. Put the O-ring seal in position on cap (13.b. Put spacer (12), spring (11) and valve (10) in position in cap (13).c. Install cap (13) on valve group (9). Tighten the cap to a torque of 100 7 N m (75 5 lb.ft.).d. Install plunger (12) in cap (13). Install the O-ring on plug (15). Install plug (15) in cap (13).e. Install the O-ring seals on valve group (9).8. Install valve group (9) in body (3).9. Put the O-ring seal on plug (6).10. Put spring (7) and valve (8) in position in plug (6). Install the valve, spring and plug in body (3) as an assembly.11. Put the O-ring seal in position on plug (5), and install it in body (3).12. Put the O-ring seal in position on cap (1).13.
