2. Disconnect fuel filler hose (1), fuel feed line (2) and return line (3) from fuel tank. 3. Remove nut (4), washer (5) and disconnect sender cable (6) from fuel tank sender unit.4. Remove one bolt (7), two nuts (8), bolts (9) and washers (10) from fuel tank mounting brackets. 5. Attach two slings and, using suitable lifting equipment, remove fuel tank from machine. Weight of fuel tank is approximately 36.5Kg (80 lbs).Install Fuel Tank.
1. Assemble the fuel tank into the chassis and install one bolt (7) and two nuts (8), bolts (9) and washers (10) to the fuel tank mounting brackets.2. Install the sender cable (6) to the sender unit and secure with washer (5) and nut (4). 3. Connect the fuel return line (3), fuel feed line (2) and fuel filler hose (1).End By:a. Install cab.
