Loosen the track. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".

Use Tooling (A) to lift the machine approximately 152 mm (6 inch). Position suitable cribbing under the machine.
Lower the machine onto the suitable cribbing.

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B) and position Tooling (B).
Remove bolts (2) from each end of track roller (1) and remove track roller (1). The weight of track roller (1) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).Note: For further information concerning the Disassembly and Assembly of the track roller, refer to Undercarriage Reconditioning Guide, SEBF8569.Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B) and position Tooling (B) and track roller (1). The weight of track roller (1) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install bolts (2).

Use Tooling (A) to lift the machine and remove the suitable cribbing from the machine. Lower the machine to the ground.
Tighten the track. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".
