1. Fasten a hoist to the angling blade. Remove bolts (1) and retainers (2) that hold pins (3) for the rod end of the angling cylinders to the blade. Remove pins (3). Remove spacers (4) and lower angling cylinders (5) on to the C-frame. 2. Remove the bolt (6) and retainer (7) that hold pin (8) for the rod end of the tilt cylinder to the blade. Remove pin (8). Slide the rod end of tilt cylinder (9) from the blade and remove spacers (10) from each side. Push the tilt cylinder clear of the blade. 3. Remove two bolts (11), plate (12), pin assembly (13) and bushing (14). Cap (15) and four bolts (16) can not be removed until the blade is removed from the C-frame.4. Remove bolts (16) from the C-frame. Remove the blade. The weight is 500 kg (1100 lb). 5. Remove cap (15), shims and bolts (16) from the blade (17). The following steps are for installation of the angling blade group.6. Fasten a hoist to the blade. 7. Put bolts (16) and cap (15) in position on the blade as shown without shims. 8. Put the blade in position and install the four bolts that hold the cap and blade to the C-frame. Tighten the bolts evenly. Measure the gap between cap (15) and C-frame (18). Remove bolts (16) from the C-frame. Install shims between cap (15) and C-frame (18) equal to the gap measured, plus one shim.9. Put blade (17) in position and install bolts (16) that hold cap (15), shims and blade (17) to the C-frame (18). Tighten the bolts in number sequence shown to a torque of 200 15 N m (150 10 lb ft). Turn the bolts 120 degrees more.10. Install bushing (14), pin assembly (13), plate (12) and two bolts (11).11. Put spacers (10) on each side of the rod end of the tilt cylinder and slide the rod end of tilt cylinder (9) into position on the blade with the spacer.12. Install pin (8) that holds the rod end of the tilt cylinder to the blade. Install the retainer (7) and bolt (6), that hold pin (8) for the rod end of the tilt cylinder in place.13. Put spacers (4) on each side of the rod end of the angling cylinders. Put angling cylinders (5) in position in the blade. Install pins (3) that hold the rod end of the angling cylinder in the blade. Install retainers (2) and the bolts (1) that hold pins (3) for the rod end of the angling cylinders in the blade.14. Remove the hoist.
