1. Disconnect electrical connector (2) and two hoses (1) from the water spray pump.2. Remove the two nuts and washers that fasten water spray pump (3) to the frame, and remove it from the opening in the frame. For installation of the water spray pump, reverse the removal steps.Disassemble & Assemble Water Spray Pump
Start By:a. remove water spray pump 1. Remove four screws (2) and water pressure switch (1). 2. Remove spring (4) and retainer (5) from cover (3).3. Move cover (3) out of the way, and remove valve (10), spring (9) and plunger (8) from cover (6).4. Remove six screws (7) and cover (6). 5. Remove housing (11) and the diaphragm assembly from the motor assembly. 6. Remove three screws (12), and remove drive assembly (13) and diaphragm assembly (14) from housing (11). For assembly the water spray pump, reverse the disassembly steps.End By:a. install water spray pump
