Schematic for the Kickout Set SwitchThe electronic control module receives two types of input from the rocker switch. The inputs are N/O and N/C. During proper operation, one input is open and the other input is grounded. This fault is recorded when the status of both the N/O and N/C switch inputs of the ECM are open.Table 1 contains wire numbers and connector contacts. Use this information to troubleshoot the faulty circuit. Service Notes: Ensure that the desired fault CID FMI 05 fault is on hold and that the fault present indicator is ON. Note: The following test procedure may create a fault. Ignore these faults and clear the fault when the original fault is corrected.
