Apply Tool (G) to the pipe thread on each Tool (B).
Install one Tool (B) in each end of Tool (C).
Apply Tool (G) to the pipe thread on each Tool (A). Install one Tool (A) in each Tool (B).
Install one Tool (D) on each Tool (E).
Install one Tool (F) on the other end of each Tool (E).
Connect Tool (D) of each hose assembly made in the previous two steps to Tool (A) on each side of Tool (C).

Install Tool (J) on run of Tool (H).Test Preparation
Drive the machine to a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Move throttle switch (3) into the LOW-IDLE position.
If necessary, move ECO mode switch (4) into the OFF position.

After the engine has operated at low idle for 5 minutes, move engine start switch (5) to the OFF position.

Disconnect coupling (7).
Disconnect coupling (6).
Remove adapter (8) and elbow (9) from the filter base.

Connect coupling (7) to Tool (J).
Connect coupling (8) to branch of Tool (H).
Connect the hose assembly on inlet side of Tool (C) to open run of Tool (H).
Install Tool (K) in the charge filter base.
Connect the hose assembly on outlet side of Tool (C) to Tool (K).Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (6) into the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Move throttle switch (3) into the HIGH-IDLE position.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on display (10). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches a minimum of 38 °C (100 °F).
Read flow on Tool (C). The flow should be greater than 72 L/min (19 US gpm).
Move throttle switch (3) into the LOW-IDLE position.
After the engine has operated at low idle for 5 minutes, move engine start switch (5) to the OFF position.
Remove the tooling.
Install adapter (8) and elbow (9) in the filter base.
Connect coupling (7) to adapter (8) and elbow (9).
Connect coupling (6) to adapter (8) and elbow (9).
