Left lift cylinder
Start the machine and lower the left lift cylinder rod end into left connector (11) in order to install pin (12) into left connector (11) and the lift cylinder rod end.

Install retainers ( 9) and bolts ( 10) to connector (11). Tighten bolts ( 10) to a torque of 120 20 N m ( 89 15 lb ft).

Remove the shipping covers from hydraulic ports (A), (B), (C), and (D) on the radiator guard.
Remove the strap in order to lower the lift cylinder rod end.

Connect hose assemblies (42), (43), (44), and ( 45) to the hydraulic ports on the radiator guard. Use seals ( 33), flanges, washers, and bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 50 10 N m ( 37 7 lb ft).Note: The items that are not numbered are part of the lift cylinder lines. These items come on the machine.Note: Rotate link assembly (72) with top toward the tractor prior to installation of hose assemblies (42), (43), (44), and (45) .Note: Be sure to orient the hose assemblies correctly. Refer to illustration 63 for the proper orientation.
Check the oil in the hydraulic tank. If necessary, fill the hydraulic tank. Cycle the cylinders by a full stroke. Cycle in both directions in order to purge air from lines and cylinders. Refill the hydraulic tank to the FULL mark.
After assembly is complete, prepare the machine for operation. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for proper machine preparation.Standard Torque for Fasteners
