Loosen clamp (11) on vibratory case drain hose (9) at pump. Remove hose from elbow (10).
Install Tool (D) to elbow (10). Secure Tool (D) to elbow with clamp (11).
Install Tool (C) installed in Tool (D) on the outlet side of Tool (A) to vibratory case drain hose (9). Secure Tool (C) to case drain hose with Tool (E).

Remove cap and install Tool (H2) on charge tap (12) on the charge filter.Test Procedure (Charge Pressure)

Move engine start switch (6) into the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Use throttle switch (3) to operate the engine at high idle.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on display (13). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches a minimum of 38 °C (100 °F).
Run machine at low idle. The engine speed should be approximately 1200 rpm.
Read charge pressure on Tool (H1). The pressure should be 2500 200 kPa (363 29 psi).
If the charge pressure is outside the specified range, go to "Adjustment Procedure (Charge Pressure Relief Valve)". If the charge pressure is within the specified range, go to Step 13.
After the engine has operated at low idle for 5 minutes, move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.

Unhook latch (14) at the rear of the engine compartment, and open engine hood (15).

Move hood support bracket (16) to support engine hood (15).

Remove three bolts (18) and washers. Remove right side panel (17).

Remove three bolts (20) and washers. Remove left side panel (19).

Adjust charge pressure relief valve (21) on the propel pump. Refer to the "Adjustment Procedure (Charge Pressure Relief Valve)".
Move throttle control switch (3) to the HIGH-IDLE position, 2200 rpm.
Read flow on Tool (A). The flow should be 7 1.5 L/min (1.8 0.4 US gpm).
Move throttle control switch (3) to the LOW-IDLE position.
Move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.
Remove the tooling from charge tap (12) on the charge filter.
Remove the tooling from the vibratory pump.
Install hose (9) to case drain elbow (10). Secure hose with clamp (11).
Position rubber flashing (8) and secure with five bolts (7) and washers.
Position left side panel (19) and secure with three bolts (20) and washers.
Position right side panel (17) and secure with three bolts (18) and washers.
Move hood support bracket (16) into the storage position.
Close engine hood (15) and secure latch (14).
If the flow in Step 14 is outside the specified range:
Remove the charge relief valve and check the orifice size. The correct orifice size is 1.6 mm (0.06 inch). The orifice controls the flushing rate (case flow) in the pump.

To adjust the propel pump charge relief pressure, hold adjustment screw (23) and loosen locknut (22) .
If the charge pressure is less than the specification, turn adjustment screw (23) clockwise. If the pressure is greater than the specification, turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise.
